Pandaresearch has an ebay survey that ends with having you open a new ebay account and make a bid in order to receive $16. It specifically states that you do NOT need to win in order to get the $16.

I followed their instructions to the letter and they rejected it saying I had to win in order to get paid. I have copied their form and emailed them, but have not yet had a response. They will probably say the survey I did was different, but I nade sure it said I didn't have to win before I opened the new account. I also had my husband double check beforehand.

This company is not to be trusted.
