I signed up on PandaResearch in early July, 2007, and have completed over 25 offers, and have over $150 in so called "pending" offers. I emailed PandaResearch twice, and have been given this response:

Hi,
We have checked your account status, which shows you have filled the surveys; you are entitled for a payout only when we receive the confirmation from the advertiser about the payout. Once the sponsor approves your registration or application and informs us of your approval, your account will be updated from "Pending" to "Approved"

When you successfully complete the surveys and get approved for reward, you will be eligible for payment. It will take 6 to 8 weeks to receive payment. As soon as your $100 gets approved the GET PAID button will be activated. Please note: Panda Research will make payment to users having US verified primary PayPal account only.

A Survey is considered completed once you fill out this survey and Signup for a Trial Offer.

I looked in PandaResearch "Terms and Conditions" and saw this statement:
In some cases incentive for surveys offers and other offers will show a pending approval for 6 to 8 weeks, till we are paid from the advertisers.

Well, it appears in my case, 99% of the "pending" offers are approaching 8 weeks. In my opinion, PandaResearch has no intention of paying, and they most likely do not monitor or care if companies that are supposed to pay them for advertising credit us properly.

So I started looking around on the internet for any reports on PandaResearch and came across Ripoffreport.com, and read the other complaints against PandaResearch. Now I know they are a SCAM. It didn't just happen to me.

I am going to continue and report this to the Attorney General. They should close down PandaResearch !!
SCAM. SCAM SCAM. That's my opinion. Stay away from PandaResearch.
