Complaint Review: Pandora

 I ordered from a company that claims they are an authentic Pandora dealer, so I placed an order and when I received it, it was the wrong order and nothing authentic about their products. When I contacted them through email they asked me to send a picture of what I received and they would try to resolve the problem. I sent a picture and when Aimee got back to me she said that I would have to pay for the return shipping fee and shipping fee to get my proper order! I also explained that their safety chain did not stay on, it had a smooth surface so it just fell off and they sent three amethyst charms that did not fit our Pandora bracelets, a gold charm had no stamping and does not look like real gold. Their products were defective and did not have Pandora stamping on them! When I received my order it came from Shanghai, China which was not mentioned on the website. I have informed Pandora and they will be looking into shutting them down. I even sent a picture of my wrong order and videos explaining and showing what is wrong with their products and how they are defective their solution to me was to give them to friends or sell the products! I said I would be embarrassed to sell or even give away counterfeit charms! I will ah e to throw them away as they are no use to me!
