Complaint Review: Pandora E-store

Pandora E-store Wu Jinzhao pandorasusco I ordered what I thought was some charms for my daughters bracelet through a Pandora website but did not realize they were coming from China until I got my one and only email stating they got my money and that would send me a tracking number which they did but never updated it. I contacted the shipping company and they could not help and were not helpful or wanted to help at all. After a week I got concerned after I read my merchandise was still in China. I contacted my credit card company and they were to investigate and I also notified Pandora Corporate office and let them know what happened and they also were going to investigate. I contacted Customs in Chicago, Illinois and sent an email to the FBI. My credit card company refunded my money in 3 days and told me that if I made contact with the scammer to call them back, which I did yesterday February 22.

I finally got the charms after 27 days but they were not what I ordered. I got cheaply made charms one that was some kind of dirty looking silver type of metal, one that was somekind of yellow metal and one that was a yellowish pink metal that you could read the words and theedges were sharp. I immediately went to the post office and returned them which cost me $14 plus dollars. I thought I was ordering from a reputable Pandora site but did not know until I got my one and only email that it was from coming from China. I sent this company 28 emails with NO response. If you order Pandora Charms online use the Pandora.net site because that is a real Pandora site. I was scammed but maybe if we all do more investigating before we order no one will get into this situation again and this scammer site can be shut down and the people prosecuted.
