Panhead City chuck summers what a crook rome, Georgia
I brought a shovel head engine to him to be rebuilt.He wanted $1500.00 down to start and $1500.00 upon compleation.
Well after calling him every month for a year to see when he was going to finish the job, I got mad enough to tell him I wanted my engine back finished or not, he told me to give him another week or two and he would be done.
Another month passed,I called him back and he told me he had lost my number, that it would cost an additional $3000.00 for the work that he had done but he would have to take the engine(my engine) out of his wifes bike when I payed him the money.
Talking to other bike shops in the area it seems this kind of scam is not uncommon for the panhead city crew.
They are crooks
