On the second day of my stay I found a note in my room saying in spanish that one of the pillows was missing. I ignored it. However, on checkout the staff accused me of having stolen one of the pillows. Clearly this was ridiculous: what use would I have for a pillow outside the room? Anyway, they wanted to take money from me. On doing some research I found this is a common scam. PLEASE BEWARE OF SCAMS STAYING IN THIS HOTEL. STAY ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE.
