Panoramic Properties Went thru my bathroom without permission. Niagara Falls Ontario
Have been having an ongoing issue with my fridge and it was never fixed, they found an old fridge and brought it in, I came home from work and everything was melted and smelled. Called and complained again and they said they would send maintenance in to look at it while i was at work. i agree to that. Came home and noticed my bathroom door open "I always close it" thought that was odd because my place is very clean and organized seeing that I am the only person living in the unit and want to keep it nice. Let me just add that I am a Female . so came home found door open went in and the toilet seat was up and there was pee on the ground and still in the toilet. I WAS PISSED AND SCARED at the same time, called and complained and told them about it, they must of have trouble with this gentlemen before because bammm next day I get a brand new fridge dropped in the unit.
Moral of the story is avoid renting from them I have heard other bad stories about them from other tenants in a variety of there rental units, so maintenance comes in to look at a fridge and uses my toilet while there in there. i don't even want to think about what else was gone thru.
