To all of my fellow grieving investors, move over for one more. I am a God fearing, red blooded American who believes in capitalism. But, I was totally taken for $20,980 and yes I fell for the LAX scam here in SoCal. Mr. Jeff Kuba??? and Pablo Rodriguez??? "promised" a lot and clearly delivered "goose egg". Fortunately, (Thank God) I will be able to recover from this experience, but what stings the most is that I fell for this scam and was willing to fight for this company.

What a moron I was, I was possessed by greed. Yes, I must come to the realization that the Goodman gang was able to tap into my individual "need for greed" and I wished for the best and got the worst. That being said, there are legitimate investments out there and not all are greedy. But, I had a small part to play in this dance with wolves.

Adding insult to injury, this Consumer Information Services (CIS) and Mr. Joe Kenyen (real name??) indicates he can retrieve money from Pantheon for investors. I asked Mr. Kenyen for satisfied Pantheon investors and references and his answer was "we can not reveal personal information". He further indicated he was able to get 4 out of 16 investor all their money back and charges a fee of $1,195.00 (3-year commitment). I also asked how did you receive my name and number. He said someone a Pantheon provided the names. Does this make since? If the names are personal and confidential, how would he receive my name and number. Watch out for this guy. He lives in Arizona, in a private residence.

Lastly, just a word of caution regarding another investment call QuickScan (legitimate???) received my name again from another Pantheon list of investors which seem to get passed around like best seller "suckers" list. It appears that if anyone is connected to Pantheon or this investors list should beware and take great caution. If you play with dirt, you will get dirty.

Best Wishes To All.

Fred, Fix the spelling of GLOBAL RESOURCES so that it comes up when people do a search...

We need fellow California residents who were scammed by Pantheon to file complaints with the our DA's office. If you haven't already, call 619-645-2088. The way each state works, we need to call, file a complaint and stop these guys from advertising in California. Global Resources is already publishing nationwide ads that are running in California. Good Luck.

If Consumer Information Services (CIS) was on the up and up they would have mentioned to you Fred that the Laws in Florida and Texas make it near impossible to make collections on civil matters. Basically there is not that much CIS could do. The fact that they were referred to you by Pantheon is believeable in the since that I'm sure they'll get some sort of kick back from CIS for your reference, then after 3 years or so, CIS will tell you that "sorry we performed all these actions and were unable to get your money back" (knowing full well that they couldn't because of Florida law) or and MOST LIKELY they'll be LONG GONE just like Pantheon (hell it wasn't even one full year and they began sputtering.)

Grifters like Pantheon/Global Resources, know that people are upset and want a refund for being defrauded. What better way to screw them (the customers) more than by making deals with consumer collection advocates like this Consumer Information Services (CIS), knowing full well that they (the Goodmans) can't be touched.

It's amazing but very simplistic as someone mentioned to me today,"Why do you think O.J. Simpson moved to Florida? Because all the civil judgements ordering him to pay damages won't be upheld there." For the moment, Richard & Shevin Goodman are probably relaxing, thinking they're invulnerable, however their deeds will catch up to them, it's just a matter of time.

The information Mr. Carter reported about CIS if false and mis-leading.
Consumer Information Services provides a service with two primary goals in mind. First being prevention, members are able to call 24 hours a day to get additional information on offers they receive by mail, telephone, internet/email, or television. Such offers may include but are not limited to: Business opportunity offers, charities, sweepstakes, and infomercials. By calling our hotline our members can find out information about the offer that may not have been disclosed by the company, such as: hidden cost, a future up-sale, future advertisement cost or requirements that aren't disclosed during the initial conversation.
Second, a lot of our members have suffered losses to these types of companies already. We will prepare dispute letters to the Credit Card Company or bank that you paid the companies with if charges qualify. We will, if necessary prepare letters to the individual companies that you sent money to expressing to them why they need to refund your money. Also, with our tax amendment program it allows our members to properly adjust their losses through their individual tax return, which guarantees refunds, credits, and/or adjustments.
If there are any more questions please feel free to contact CIS staff.
