Complaint Review: Pantheon Holdings Dba Internet Machine123

Like many here, I was suckered into contracting for 2 of these machines and wired $25,960.00 in August. I finally got ONE of the machines in late November 2004. It has never worked correctly. Never ever took credit cards and now won't even get past the "Kiosk Monitor" screen. As for the other machine, I have been told I am "on a hot list". Guess that's the one they keep just about 6 inches from the fire and brimstone in Jeff's Office.

I have sent a demand letter to "Jeff Kuba", with no response as yet.

There is a Federal Criminal case to be made against this company for mail and wire fraud. It is best initiated through either the FBI in the Miami area, the Postal Inspection Service in the Miami area or the Office of the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

Please, have some lawyer who wants to grow up to be a prosector one day, call me and let's round up everyone else these people have screwed.

I will gladly join anyone in getting some "payback" on these guys, since I am pretty sure I will never see my money again.
