Update on Pantheon holdings and the EZ link terminal. Now 3 months into a 4 to 6 week delivery. These people have lied to me from the get go. In my situation, they continue to bs me and I have told them I refuse to do business with them and have been demanding my refund for 6 weeks. they still have excuses. I have promised mr Jeff Cooper that I will let as many investors, agencies and innocent people know how this company and business has treated, and conducted my investment and will not stop until they honor their contract and refund my hard earned money.

In my eyes they are a team of pro's working together trying to scam money from who ever dumb enough to believe in their promo, promises and money making partnership. They are really slick and have positioned themselfs withen the law, so investors beware. We as victims need to team together and hopefully get some justice.I have tried to settle this with their management but they just just don't seem to get my message, and trust me I won't stop, I gave them full warning and I will tell the whole truth, nothing but the truth, so help me GOD. I pray no one else has to go thru what I have when trying to create a better life for themselfs. God Bless to all.

Update. Investors beware. I have pulled jeff kuba away from his cover-up name of Jeff Cooper, which he used for over two months until I comfronted him. He then changed his answer machine to he's correct name and still denies using Jeff Cooper to this day. He now claims to be the assistant to the president. Before that he was the assistant to the Vice President, Whom I was told no longer works there. These guys can do nothing but lie.For 2 months I have been tring to talk to Alan Glaubman who claims to be President and the one who signed my contract. He also sent me a welcoming letter with statements claiming his team would walk me thru and get me going in this great business. What a team of con artists, from the get go. It took me a few weeks to catch on and it's been a battle since, but like I told them I won't stop until they honor my refund. Until then I hope to let as many future investors know of my expierence and how this company will mislead and lie to get your money. I believe i've helped a couple not makeing the same mistake, I and many others have. We need to team up People. the complaints are growing. EMail me, I will be happy to respond. Jeff Kuba, Time is up,Money talks.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

I think I know what you bought. It's those d**n internet terminals that you see in shopping centers. They're worthless now. The hot concept is WIFI installations. That's why the terminals got to go.

Trust me, you won't get stuck with the terminals. They planned to rip you off from the start. They will never send anything. They'll call your bluff.

You're the first man of action here. Most victims talk for months. Lots of huffing and puffing. All nonsense. Then, they go out and kick the dog instead. Or take it out on their wife and kids. Idiots!

I don't blame you either. I'd run down to Miami for $2,500. Much less $25K. It's the principal. It's no different than when a bully tries to beat you out of your lunch money. There is simply no choice.

One simple tool is all you need. A cheap cordless drill. Use a 1/8 bit. Get an extended length. Maybe 4 or so. The idea is to start at the ankle joint, and follow in and up the leg bone.

Why fool around with baseball bats? Or pipes? You'll wear yourself out like that. A tough guy will just hang there and take the beating. Christ, you'll work yourself into a heart attack that way. And, the idiot will turn around and spit his broken teeth at you. That won't get your refund. It just makes a big mess.

Do it the easy way. One drilling gets instant results. Trust me, your money comes back right away, no questions asked. Plus, extra for all the aggravation they put you through. And a sincere apology. What more can you ask for? Ninety seconds with the drill is all it takes. Nobody ever needs a second drilling. Even tough-a*s biker dudes who get beat down for a living cry like babies. It's that painful. You'll see. Plus, with multiple targets, you still only need to drill once. The rest gladly get out the checkbook and treat you with the courtesy and respect you deserve. Yes sir, mister Michael. Right away, sir. No arguments. No objections to overcome. You get customer service at its finest.

Plus, you have more options with the drill. A small diameter drill doesn't bleed much. You stay clean. You can even drop the guy off at the hospital on your way home if he asks you nicely. Or not. Up to you. After some minor surgery, he'll be up and walking with a limp in no time. Either way, the fraud ends right there. You're happy. He's sorry. See how pleasant things work out in the end? You're in and out before the d**n humidity even begins to bother you.

Ya know, if we used the bone drill, Osama would be stuffed, mounted, and on display in the Smithsonian by now. What a d**n shame! It's equally effective on vicious animals too. Takes the fight right out of that nasty pit bull the drug dealing neighbor has been training. It brings back those good old-fashioned country values that America has been longing for. One drilling, and the crooks think long and hard before starting up an Enron. Major companies clean up their toxic waste mess without being asked. Even child molesters vow to mend their wicked ways. Now, I ask you, how can you get any better than that? Ultimately simple, yet highly effective.

Just be careful, though. Remember, they have guns too. Be careful you don't walk into a bullet with your head bone.

Nighty night pantheon! Good riddance!

Well, I guess I bit more than some abs less than others. I signed a contract with these guys and wired them money for two (2) terminals, a total of $25,960.00. I did this in August and have been through, I'd guess, 5 locators, and numerous people alleged to be involved in installation and/or shipping. I have been given 3 different FedEx numbers.. All BS. I have stuck my neck out with local businesses and now look like an idiot.
I told the guy I was dealing with today that, if my equipment did not ship today, they can expect me on their doorstep very soon. I have a lot of time and I will drive to Miami and either get my money back or do a lot more damage than $25,960.00 will pay for. I do NOT forgive an insult to my intellect. The ONLY way out for these guys , at this point, is to pay me my money back. Otherwise, someone down there will either spend Christmas in the hospital or the morgue.

Hello Kevin,

In response to your post, I appreciate your willingness to see both sides, but locations and delivery modes not the core issues here. What this is really about are revenue streams and advertising. Pantheon states that when you purchase a terminal, it comes pre-loaded with 12 national advertisers....untrue. After the install you find out that you are responsible for finding, producing, uploading and maintaining your own advertisers. They also state that you can sell pre-paid cellular phone minutes and pre-paid MasterCard recharges....untrue. As of my last conversation with an employee of Sitanium (the company contracted by Pantheon for support services) Pantheon had never even purchased the PIN numbers needed to distribute these pre-paid minutes.

The fact of the matter is that the EZ LINK terminal does one thing only, and that is give internet access through the terminal and wireless feature. So let me ask you this, If Pantheon is just going through "growing pains"? Why were their offices raided by US Postal officials in early September? The sad truth is that a group of highly immoral people have been running scams like this in south Florida for the past 10 years. Pantheon Holdings is just their latest Grift. Some of their other now defunct corporations are TeleKing, Debt Corporation of America and Worldwide Phone card Corp.

Please do not judge the trustworthiness of this company by seeing only 13 posted complaints. They have hundreds of victims around the country. If you need more proof go to www.kioskscams.com. As you requested I have contacted the law firm you named and gave them my contact info. Also you asked who Jeff Cooper was? Well first you need his real name, It's Jeff Kuba.

Pantheon used to do business as Debit Corporation of America and before that, they did business as Teleking.

If you do some searching on those companies you are going to be in for a rude awakening on what the extent of this scam is.

This isn't a "young company". This is merely another company from the same group of scam artists that have been operating in Miami for years. Check out kioskscams dot com for more info.

On 9/22/2004 my cousin wired $19,945 to Internet Machine Company d.b.a. Pantheon, after having extensive conversations with Mark Pelle, their Senior Territory Coordinator. On October 5 my cousin was contacted by Giovanni Mastranomi who identified himself as an Account Manager in Locations, working under Sonya Acousta. Since that time he still has not received a location for his machine, although the machine apparently exists, as attempted delivery was made via FedEx to his home. He refused to accept shipment, since the purchase order is a fiduciary agreement, with both written and verbal understandings attached to the deal. My cousin knew that if he had accepted shipment, He might be altering that deal. Has anyone else gotten as far as having the kiosk delivered to them?

Daniel, you mention a Mr. Jeff Cooper. Who is he?

Ross, how do you know this is a nation wide scam? Any information you can supply will be greatly appreciated in pursuing this company.

My cousin is retaining the law offices of Bleau, Fox & Fong to put pressure on Internet Machine Company d.b.a. Pantheon. He would very much like to hear from you and others who are having trouble with this company through the law offices of Bleau Fox &Fong (323) 874-8613.

If you have any information or questions for my cousin, I am providing my e-mail address, and look forward to communicating with you direct.

P.S. Please forward this information to other interested parties, but not to Internet Machine Company d.b.a. Pantheon. We do not want them yet, to know what we are doing. The reason is if we put to much pressure on this young company at once, they may fold as a business and if this happens, we can all say good-bye to our money permanently.

The other side of the coin with this young company is that they may be going through a difficult growth period, which was communicated to my cousin by Emy Solir who manages Pantheon's customer service division and they may need our help and support to get them through this, if they are honorable. Miss Solir had informed my cousin that they were badly undermanned at this time and were working to correct this deficiency. To date their Articles of Incorporation look fine, but they do have a negative report from their local Better Business Bureau. If you will check with the Division of Consumer Service Department of Agriculture who govern and regulate new business opportunities in the State of Florida, you will find they are registered as a new business opportunity. This is in their favor in terms of due diligence. The telephone number to call is (850) 488-2221.

Outside of the Better Business Bureau report a Google search has only turned up the posting negatives on Rip-off as far as our homework is concerned. When you weigh this information against Pantheon's claim in their prospectus that 300 machines are currently in active service, 13 complaints is not yet a nationwide scam.

My cousin would like to know from those of you who are having trouble if your problems lie with the issue of finding a site location for your machine or the question of whether your machine exists or not?

Keep in mind, Pantheon's purchase order does state, and I quote my cousin; Purchaser agrees and understands that any and all locations are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser and not the Seller, and that it is the Purchaser's sole responsibility to independently locate the units sold. Purchaser agrees and understands that any decision by the Purchaser to hire a locating company is the Purchaser's sole discretion and responsibility. Seller shall have no responsibility with regard to locations of equipment..

The Purchase Order further states; The Seller will take no acts nor perform any services for the Purchaser other than to deliver equipment, greeting cards and displays and may act as a secretarial service to set appointments for Purchaser to locate equipment..

If your Purchase Order reads like my cousin's does, then we all knew what we were getting into when we signed the Purchase Order, as far as finding a location for the machine is concerned.

Looking forward to everyone's response.
