I have read many posts on this website about Pantheon Holdings and have to say that I am appalled that this company and the people involved are allowed to have any contact w/ the outside world! Why haven't they been stopped?

Unlike many of the other "owners" on this site, my husband and I actually received our machine and it was placed in a "decent" location. This happened WAY outside the 45 days originally promised. more like 4-5 months after we made payment. However, we have yet to see an entire month where the machine has worked. We are paying all this money to have the wireless internet service for our machine and it is always "broken" or out of service.

This is where the rest of Pantheons schemes come into play. Apparently, according to an attorney that contacted my husband, the company that they are contracting to fix the machines is just another part of their scam and they are giving people exorbitant bills for the repair of their kiosks, w/o actually fixing them! The machine was delivered "out of order," and as I stated, continues to be a constant cause of stress and anxiety for us.

Now, last but not least the lawyer that I mentioned above, contacted my husband on more than one occassion asking if he had been the victim of fraud. During the second phonecall, my husband mentioned Pantheon and the lawyer stated that he had stacks of complaints about this company and had all the answers! He knew who my husband would have talked to at the company, etc... Then offered, for $1200, to go after Pantheon and get a guaranteed 75% of our money back. Another scam by Pantheon? I don't know what to think anymore! We are going to our own lawyer, which this guy tried to dissuade us from doing, b/c another lawyer will win in our favor, but won't get any money from a bankrupt company, where he could, but he won't work on retainer, only w/ $1200 up front. Sounds too much like a Pantheon wing for me!

Hopefully this could help someone else from making our same mistakes. If you got your kiosk and it is not working, find your own people to fix it, or cut your losses and walk away, or walk down the street to the seediest lawyer you know who will do whatever he has to, to get your money back, but only if he will work on retainer. Don't want to get scammed again!

Good Luck to all at getting some resolve in this matter!

A Different Experience

I guess I'm lucky but my experiences with the lawyers I've dealt with have clearly demonstrated they have my best interest in mind. I have Prepaid Legal so everyone I've talked to is on a referral basis. I'm not at liberty to give details at this time but I can say we are looking into some creative ways to get my money back. In my opinion any lawyer that talks about guaranteed results for a fee is a con artist.
