This was my first time ordering pizza from Papa John's and it had to be the worst experience. I usually get pizza from Benito's or Little Ceasers but my girlfriend loved Papa John's. We ordered an XL pizza at 8 on Friday this weekend. We were given the wait time of one hour for carry out. I said okay but it was unusual.


At 9:00PM we get there and give them my name and money. They go look for my pizza but they didn't find it. The excuse they gave me was that someone came in there said my name and walked out with my pizza for free. I was frustrated and hungry. I said okay just remake it and everything will be okay. They put in my order again and I waited. They said it will be a 15 minute wait but I was there until 9:45. 

I asked for a refund when I got my pizza and the manager came up and asked me why? I said it took too long and I've been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes to get my pizza. He said "well we've been calling out your name for a while now". I said how am i supposed to know that and then he got angry. He called me dumb and we started arguing. He decided to call the cops because I was yelling and told me to leave but never gave me my refund. When the cops came he finally gave me my money and I left. 

This has been my worst experience with a manager EVER. Instead of him saying sorry he lost my pizza and that it took an extra 45 minutes to make it, all I got was being called dumb and the cops called on me.

Absolutely terrible way of handling a customer and will never buy from that location and even considering never buying Papa John's. I also contacted corporate and all I got was an email saying they would let the local owner know my complaint. It seems to me like this company doesn't know how to handle costumers or problems.
