Papa John's Pizza Worst Customer Service Worst Customer Service, Bad manager or owner Fremont California
On 7/09/2009 I ordered a pizza from Papa John's. After waiting for 20 minutes I went to get the pizza around about 9 PM PDT. When I reached there I paid the amount and I asked for a ranch. The person at the counter told me I have to pay 50 cents to get that. And I though ok its not a worthwhile to pay 50 cents just for a ranch. At the same time another person came to the counter and I asked him to give me some red pepper.
He just gave me 2 red pepper and when I asked the person at the counter he told me I have to pay him 10 cents for it. I asked the person after paying almost 17$ for a pizza why do I need to pay extra 10 cents just for a red pepper.
The person at the corner was rude to me and when I told him that I would like to talk with a manager he told me his Name is Paul (Pritpal) Singh and he is a owner of this place. And he is the manager also.
It was a worst customer service I have even went with and for sure I am never going to go that place for a pizza nor I am going to get a PAPA JOHNS pizza anymore.
Its worth to get pizza from any place compare to get a papa johns pizza with a worst customer service. I also send the feedback to papa john's fromt here website but till know after 1 week, there is still no response from them.
And they dont care about what kind of customer service customers are getting. I am even going to ask my family members and friends to stop doing the same because of bad treatment they give to customers.
