Papa Johns Pizza order for delivery. Call placed to local business number and selected place a new order, but was unknowingly routed to a call center known as a 'Pop Call' I found out later. When ordering, agent said we could not order a medium pizza for delivery because it was 'only $9.99' and was forced to place order for a large pizza for $17 if we wanted home delivery.

Never heard of this requirement so after placing call, checked by placing online order which allows for medium and home delivery. Also called another local store, and was told I could order medium pizza for delivery, then called the original store and selected option to speak to manager to complain and the manager confirmed that they can deliver a single medium pizza to a home and that we had be redirected to the Pop Call center when we called in originally.

Apparently we were not the only customers complaining and corporate is aware of this issue. This is fraudulent activity and totally disgusts me further with the Papa John brand. Make sure if you call to order, Press 5 and place order via the Speak to the Manager option so that you are speaking directly with the local store,
