Complaint Review: Paper Impex USA INC

This company is the worst company to hire for your Transportation needs. First of all, the company has no business ethics. Zero customer service. All they care about is how they can charge more money. No one in the office care about the customer, they are rude. Drivers speak no English, they will call to try and pick up the car forcefully before the pick up date. Same with the delivery. If you are not available, they will take your car to tow yard and you get charged for storage. Legally they cant do that. Another thing is they DO damage cars. If you hired these guys, then you know their famous excuse "truck broke down" in reality the truck did not brake down. What happened is the driver damaged your car and took it to the shop to have it "repaired". I know this because I know their operation in Arizona. I know the shop they take the damaged cars to and also have camera footage along with pictures of the damages done to the cars from many different situations.

Now they started up a company called Rubens Luck Inc so that they can continue working and causing chaos. Since paper Impex is getting so many negative ratings they have the second company as a back up. I would not suggest these guys to my enemy. Of you have experienced the unpleasantness with this company I strongly recommend you te leave the rating in every single website. Simply type "paper Impex USA Inc reviews" and you will find many different websites you can read and post your review. I will be doing the same.
