Complaint Review: paperwritings.com

Having ordered 7 research papers at paperwritings.com I have come to conclusion that this service is really worth using. I am a working mom, so a little time is left for doing my homework. There are a few points I am not sure about though. I want to complaint about their preview method they deliver it to the user control panel in JPG version, which is rather inconvenient, as my computer is not adjusted for picture  slideshows. Therefore, i always contact their support and ask for
another version. Its rather annoying I would say. I would prefer them to deliver my papers to my email, but they just send different notifications there. Also, I do not understand why plagiarism reports (you can order one along with the paper) are not attached to the doc file, but go separately. Also, my deadline was missed once, as I forgot to upload the materials needed for the paper. I thought I did, but the system did not accept the files, and I had to send them via email later.
I think it is the supports job to notify a client about such issues. A lot of space for technical improvement, in general.
