Complaint Review: Papillon Agency

What are the CEO's names, business addresses, etc?

I worked a couple of years ago in this business, came back this last month, not with much luck, seems most of the dispatch companies by now are either changing & using multiple identities, so while these sites of debate are interesting, I'm finding patterns. 

Ironically, all the CEO's or owners have 3 kids?  

I'm guessing Lip Service will come back & say I'm just bored, so be it.

WhoIs, Google, Secretary of State, IRS, is where I'm starting to look for my info.  

LipService use to NOT require being in chatrooms, voting, etc...  has that changed?  Or has the company sold, or who has left to begin their own companies?

What is the name they use to sell their sexting services? It would be wonderful, if as a consumer, I could get that important bit of info so as to avoid them in the future.
I love sexy talk, but not lies. I definitely would prefer to chat with a girl that is happy with her employment and pay! She would be more genuine in the least.

Reading through all this I feel that someone outside of the Papillon network might have difficulty separating what is valid, useful information and what is emotionally charged mud-slinging. I thought I'd throw in my two cents as to my experience with this company.

I would preface this by saying that I have never had any trouble whatsoever with any manager associated with Papillon. My interactions with them in the past have been, on the whole, very positive and they have shown themselves to be understanding and pleasant people. If anything, they may at times be TOO lenient, leading to sub-par performances from some of the ops. They are, in my experience, receptive and responsive managers.

Performance standards are low for this company (in relation to other better paying companies), they require no previous experience to start, and are (as mentioned before) rather lenient and flexible. This makes for a good company for persons wishing to get a foot in the door of the industry.

The flip side to this is that, yes, the pay is very low. As mentioned by someone else, $500-$600 a month is a reasonable expectation for earnings. Paychecks are consistently late. The assertion that checks are mailed 5-7 days after the end of the pay period would require one to believe that the USPS routinely takes 10+ days to move a piece of mail across the country, wherein it is my experience in sending mail that this is seldom the case. I have a hard time believing that the post office can get my Xmas cards to their recipients in 3-5 days, but somehow consistently has difficulty getting a check from Papillon to it's destination.

In summation, Papillon is not nearly as vile as some above have made them out to be, nor are they without fault by any stretch of the imagination. Again, it is a decent organization to start out with if one is looking to get into the text-from-home business. It won't pay the rent, but it can open some doors.

As an aside, I would like to throw out the following thought. There are a number of issues that give on pause to consider whether operators for Papillon (and a number of other rota texting companies) are legitimately classified independent contractors. These companies dictate quality standards (i.e. minimum character requirements, quality of content, etc.), equipment to be used (i.e. minimum system requirements), pay by commission rather than an agreed upon amount, and dictate scheduling (i.e. minimum hours per week, blocking of hours/shifts, etc.). There is a thin and blurred line differentiating persons who fall into the classification of independent contractors vs. those who are afforded the protection of U.S. labor laws as employees.

Perhaps it is time for operators in the United States to consider banding together to lodge a class action suit against, not just Papillon, but all U.S. based rota texting companies in an attempt to gain a more equitable working status as employees.

Just a thought.

I must say that when I first came across this report when I applied with Papillon 3 months ago. This report had me a bit scared, but I am happy to report that 3 months later, I am satisfied and have no complaints.

I think that the managers are nice - all 3 of them. I have never gotten attitude from either one of them and all are very helpful.

I will have to disagree with the person who said that they call you all the time when they need help. This is not the case with me. I get contacted by yahoo messenger and that's it. No one has ever called my house.

I have never been shorted a check yet and do get them on time just like the contract states. Your check is for two weeks worth of work and you receive one every 3 weeks. It explains why in the contract. If you are not okay with that, dont sign the contract. I have noticed that a lot of people skip through contracts, dont read them in full, and then later complain. You should always read an entire contract.

If you are sick, they simply ask you to call the voicemail number. I have had to do this recently because my internet service went out and no one said anything to me about it.

My only concern is the fact that we are contractors but have schedules which would make us fall under being an employee. Contractors do not have to choose the hours they work - they work when they want to. Since we have to choose a 4 hour block to work, we are being told when to work just like an employee. However, I do not have a problem with that. Im only pointing it out because some people would have issues with it. I used to work for Live Ops and they are now being sued for this very thing. i hope the same doesn't happen with this company.

For those of you who are complaining about money, all I can say is that you can make about $400-$500 a month. This is good for working part time and is average. If you want to make more money, well then perhaps you should seek a full time job.

Anyhow, this is all I wanted to say. I would hate to see a company's reputation be ruined over things that are not true. This also goes for the reputations of the managers whom again, I will say are GREAT! I have never dealt with Marcie so I have no comments about her.

If you are thinking of working for Papillon, please do apply and see for yourself. Just remember the points that I made.

Lol, now the comments ruth and (her family?) are leaving are just getting out of line. Im sorry, but come on. Do you getting pregnant, not to mention, MAKING UP getting pregnant, have anything to do with this company and who they are? No.

Did you change my mind about this company one bit? No. If anything, you made them look better to me, lol, no joke. Your comments were so immature, crude and unfacted that they could have even said absolutely nothing back on here and still would have looked better. But they didnt, and im kinda glad. Because they were able to prove all the facts they were bringing up, with clear evidence too. I found it really responsible, mature and professional of them.

Now what I really came here to say was that Im really enjoying my work with papillion, they're so friendly, helpful and supportive. More than anything probably, caring. I have yet to find ONE thing, I even slightly dislike about the job. And holy moly, are they a change from the last company I was with! We had our boss on, at least one manager, sometimes two at a time AND 5-10 mods. They couldn't even remember who we all were. Lol and they always said to speak up and ask for help if you need it, but when you IM them, they really don't want too much to do with you. They will answer a question or two if they can, but alot of the time I'd get "I dont know lol" as an answer. And i'd be waiting like ok.. so are you gonna tell me who i should get in contact with, instead? Or at least check with your manager or even another mod real quick? Lol it was a joke.

Your life is YOUR life, when it comes down to it your the one that makes the final decisions and choices in what you do or don't do.. Don't go around blaming it on others. On another note, Im sorry your treatment was unsuccessful. You mentioned a few comments that made it sound like we were all sitting here hoping you truly wouldn't get pregnant. Like they were all out to get you or something. Im pretty sure, thats not the case out of any of us, im all for having babies and I think its pretty safe to say, they are too. So I hope you never truly felt that way.

And lastly, you knew what the job was when you started. Say no, and I will ask "Ok, so it took you three years to figure it out then?" Three years to figure out how to do your own job? Im only here to state the truths and what I know from my experience with the company, so if thing's change, then of course I will come back and share my experience for others to view on there own and decide if the company is worth it or not. Im glad I got my say, thanks to all that have listened :)

ruth and everyone else, i started working for universal communications. last night, i made $8/hr for three hours. i actually had fun, and the moderators/managers are way nicer and more honest than lying marcie and those fake @$$ hos at papillon. just laugh and go on about your business, but STILL tell everyone about them. some ppl will manage to make it cos they do need the money. however, we can tell the truth, and NO ONE can stop us. if there's a hell or karma, marcie, lynn, janene and celi will get it in the end. exactly in that order! lol.

Okay, I look at it this way, we are providing them a social service. We are being nice and kind to them, when they are stupid, mean, demeaning, unfriendly, criminals. You know okay, the price is 1.99, and yeah it might seem a rip-off. But I go to the bank and if I overdraft .05 cents, they charge me a $40 dollar "overdraft fee". It takes them 40 dollars worth of work to say okay we'll go ahead and do it.
I had to go to my therapist, for 3 months, and I made myself feel better, and she charged me 2400 dollars for me to tell her how I make myself feel better. Thats all we're doing. and they are only paying 60 dollars, thats a deal for someone who's basically allowing them to treat them like crap. And if you don't take the crappy guys, then you have a crappy paycheck. They expect a normal girl to meet in 5 minutes or less. I cringe when I watch mtv, where girls say oh I'm dancing with you for 5 minutes here's my number, feel free to disrespect me. The guys understand that, if they think about it for 2 minutes.
As for leaving a dead shift, I've been there too, but what you don't consider, is that it just might get busy, and then you risk other peoples jobs, because the shift isn't covered adequately, because you can't make your customer happy. Don't ruin this for the people that need this job. Don't ruin this for people considering what is a good paying company that treats you like gold, if you treat them like gold.
And yeah, I agree a lot of "Independent Contractor" positions, are actually "Employment". In this case yes, the fact that we have to have a schedule, and the rate of pay is set and non-negotiable, are not actually IC work. But the pay makes it worthwhile. All of the management, happens to be friendly, everytime I make a goal for myself, I tell one of them, and they are the first to say good job, or just to talk if I'm having a bad shift, or a crabby day. I've had managers, that have insulted me in other places. This is not that bad. Their expectations aren't high. You could be making 1/2 of what you make. Don't ruin this for everyone else, and papillon has stood the test of time.
If you are reliable, hardworking, and able to provide a social service, to people, this is for you. If you can't learn to not take it personally, then its not right for you. Its entertainment.

i've worked for papillon since april. i swear the right hand doesn't know what the left does. first i got one thing about payday, and my check showed up two weeks later. i was hot! i wrote ruth and told her i quit cos jerkin around my money was unacceptable. she said it wouldve been there by monday, and it did, so i stayed.

i worked HARD. worked overtime when someone needed it -- even on days when i had to work! so i moved and had surgery. i called janene. guess what? marcie said all the text managers said i quit. is this bullshit or what? lynn got pissed cos i left a shift that was DEAD! i told her it wasn't busy, and she wants to cop a 'tude. meet me on the corner, b***h! janene said i could leave IF i told a sup. i always told them what was up whenever i couldn't work or had to leave.

now marcie says she didn't know. she had the nerve to try and write a pissed off letter to me. she got it back with both barrels. f**k them. i'm going to file my unemployment and get it. know why? my husband's past job tried to say he was contract, and he wasn't. if your employer dictates what hours YOU work, it isn't contract. lol.

yeah, papillon will be the death of themselves. hopefully someone snaps and takes the whole system down. yeah, where ARE the other text places?

first, NO ONE has a right to dictate how ruth or anyone feels about papillon. if you have good things to say about it, fine. you are in no place to tell her to move on, etc. when she feels like it, she will. perhaps YOU should move along.

i work for papillon. for those who say that have worked in better places, leave a web addy. aside from janene and celi, i hate this place. marcie is a rude a*s b***h and can suck a d**k. stand up to her rancid a*s. ruth was rude to me once, and i stood my ground to her. next thing i kno, she's gone. if the i.v. stuff is to blame, maybe she shouldve taken the time off.

My experience with Papillon Agency was ok at first I thought hey I can work from home and get paid. But all of a sudden they started losing clients. What they do is have you text men and only pay you 5 cents per text. Which they make all the profits!!!! Most of the times we were over scheduled and it would be ten of us and no people to type to sometimes I made $2.00 an hour if that. On top of all this not only are we making these men think they will meet us we are always in there area even though im way in Cleveland if i talk to someone in texas i have to say im from there. They dont care bout you just there money. I was pregnant and needed Marce to write something that i worked for Papillon Staffing she refused and got mad at me she also fired me because I had to leave for a while due to personal issues.

They call you at 2 or 3 am and expect you to get out your sleep and work for 5 cents per text you have to do 10,000 text to make 500.00. Not only that if you work 1 to 15th your lucky if you get paid by the 10th of the next month. This company is heartless they dont care bout there workers and they want you to work for pennies. They pay you when they want and how much they want.

My experience at first was good because i worked 24-7 and they loved me but as soon as I had issues they throw me away like i was garbage. If you work for this company you must work 24-7 and have no life at all. Even though me and Ruth had our issues once upon a time she was a really good manager. Not only that she dedicated hours to this company sometimes days. She got paid crap for all she worked. I think they should pay for her Invitro honestly thats the least they can do. I know how hard it was for me to finally get pregnant it took me years and being stressed and under so much pressure is not healthy for any women trying to get pregnant. Ruth goodluck and I hope you find justice. They let me go for stupid reasons and I wouldnt come back I have moved on to a better company. I hope you do the same!

Okay, first of all carmen knew what she was getting into jobwise.
2nd: its 5 cents per 40 character text. There are companies that pay 7cents for 120 character average. Its not really low.
3rd: Your traffic comes from repeat averages, if you don't know how to keep users on then yes, you are going to make 2 dollars, thats 40 texts an hour when a lot of people do 120-160, thats 6-8 dollars, pretty good pay. This pays more than my former job.

1: they do contact you on im if they need people and they do that during the wee hours of the night, because thats when they need people the most.
2: there are people doing 30k texts working barely full 40 hours a week, so 10k should take you 13 hours a week, 500 is not bad when you work 13 hours a week. My personal pay gets to my mailbox on the east coast 11 days after the pay day, my last job, paid me 7 days after. If they weren't mailing it it would get there the same time.
3: I have never had any problems with managers who are understanding, and they pay you pretty well, it could be every month like other companies.

(If you work for this company you must work 24-7 and have no life at all. )
1: I work fulltime 40, this is hardly 24-7. you're only required to work 16 hours, hardly 24-7.

So I just thought I would state facts for people trying to decide to apply or not.

Wow all I can say is people here are really childish. Ruth you was always sweet to me never rude at all. I never knew what was going on in your life. I wish you well and I hope you get to have a child soon. I have to admit though coming here and posting or even reading about it all is not going to help with stress what happened has happened. Let it go so you can move on and get better. That is what is for the best for you.

As far a Papillon goes Yes I do work there. Ruth hired me even. I was never shorted on my checks which always arrived on time. I work for more than 3 companies of this nature and I have to say I make the most with this one. The others pay more but have a high character count also. Anyways I am not here to dicuss my pay. I am here only to say that everyone needs to get over this and let the past be the past. I can understand people are upset and it makes them want to retaliate, but the fact is that if the company was such a bad company the people that work there wouldnt or would not have. They would go somewhere else.The initial report said 3 years. Well then there was no problem for 3 years. If there was like you suggest why stay? Once again there has never been not one problem with pay and I worked both all sides of this company (yes that includes phone). Never received a late check or wrong amount. I right now am actually on LOA because of my own personal problems. I know it is possible from first hand experience to take one. Can we just move on people? To be honest I am quite upset that this was even posted on Ripoffreport because think about it (no offense) you did work here too at one point in time and you did the same thing that I an d many others do. If you are saying we rip them off then you did too. I ask you why must you put our jobs in jeopardy just because you no longer have yours. That is very selfish of you. Like I said though what is done is done. Now we all just need to move on. The only way to get on with our lifes and salvage what little happiness we can possibly have is to move on. The ACTUAL owner is the one with 3 kids, and HE pretty much stays behind the scenes. however, it's not your buisness what HE chooses to do as long as he runs a clean company, which he does. If you start at the top of a pay period, i'ts only sensible to work for 2 weeks, then the checks are mailed 5 buisness days after pay period ends. (15th and month end) it SAYS this in black and white on your contract. NOBODY pays the very second the pay period ends.. NOBODY. .So get your head out of your Rear ends ladies.

There is a phone sex staffing company called Papillion Agency and I've worked there six months, which is six months too long. It takes a little over 3 WEEKS to get paid. 3 weeks because Marcie can't write out the checks too fast, I guess. The paycheck goes out 1 WEEK after the pay period,even though they tell you in the contract you get paid every 2 weeks. What-ever. And it took 5 days for the paycheck to arrive in my mailbox, so I can count on receiving the check 11 or 12 days after the pay period ends. I was glad I finally quit!

I've had it with this company. They also call you at home a hundred times a day,looking for girls to work because they are desperate for girls. I wonder why? Abby called me at midnight or at 6 am or at 2 am, asking for girls to help out. And if you can't keep your hold time up at 11 minutes or better, they make you attend a zillion stupid coaching classes to teach you how to be a better "phone actress." The job's a joke. Only work for Papillion if you can't find anything else, then quit when you do get something else! The company sucks like a mother freaker.

I have been a manager here for a very long time. The fact that my name was brought into all this and I hadn't even said or done anything is rediculous. So I assume since you brought my name into this, that my side of all this needs to be heard.

Yes, Ruth worked for the company for a couple years. Yes, at first she was a great manager. But her work started to dwindle at the end. She never revealed to the owners of the comapany or any higher management that she was doing IVF. IVF is a very stressful procedure, having done it myself. What she leaves out of all this is that two managers (one being me) offered over and over to give her a leave of absence of 2 weeks to a month, so that she could be stress free and recover from the procedure. We had hoped she would be successful. She refused to take any time off of work, so her stress levels are her own doing.

As far as Marcie harrassing her. That is a lie. I was on the phone several times when she called begging for her job back. I even have a few of the emails showing such. Let me rewind a little, Ruth was not "fired" (we dont call it fired since its contract work, her contract was cancelled) she was asked to take a 2 week leave of absence and was welcome to text in that time if she wanted extra money, and do some Quality Assurance work. She decided to get herself let go, by being rude and sending harrassing emails to our other contractors, and other managers. This was her own doing, not ours, and if she got stressed out from it all, then maybe she shouldnt have done it.

As far as checks being late or innacurate. Thats not completely true either. Yes, there are a few occasions (i have only had two so far this year) where we "shorted" someone. One, was a bonus for working christmas/new years that was not notated by the managers on the list. It was an oversight and we corrected it, and apologized to the contractor (and that contractor is still with us). The other one was for about 20cents, which we corrected and added to the next check. Mistakes are rare, but they do happen. And in a company with over 400 employees I would say thats a pretty good rate. As far as being late. A LOT of times we are not late with checks, just agents do not read the contract they sign and do not realize its 5 BUSINESS days AFTER the end of the payperiod when its mailed out. Yes, there have been a couple that have been lost in the mail. Heck, one of my own got lost in the mail. But my check got overnighted to me, and my check showed up about 10 days later. I checked the date on it and it was mailed out on time. USPS has issues. If anyone out there can ever say they have never gotten mail lost, then you are a lucky person indeed. But with 6 years of being with Papillon, and only 2 late checks ever (and one was at christmas time) and they were both properly postmarked, just i didnt get it til late. But once again, to err is human. We do make mistakes, and so does the post office.

I will never say we are perfect. But we do work hard and try our best to help out. Yes, there always going to be disgruntled contractors (like Ruth's sister who posted above along with Ruth) But, we can never make everyone happy, no "employer" (once again i use quotes because none of our agents are actually employees) can ever make everyone happy. A former agent mentioned that above that she needed a referral for her pregnancy from us, but we do not and cannot do that. You are considered self employed. It is in your contract that we do not give out referrals. Sorry, but we just don't. Its not because we are trying to be mean or hateful, its just as a self employed contractor, we can actually get in hot water lagally for giving out referrals saying we are your employer when we are in fact NOT your employer. Our contractors can always bring in a copy of their contract, as well as their pay check stubs and that should suffice.

Im sorry that there are some out there unhappy with our company, but we are growing in leaps and bounds and have hundreds of happy contractors. I love my work, and am saddened that we have lost a few that are still bitter. I hope all of you move on to better things, and please let this go. Honestly its silly and I would never have even posted here had my name not been dragged into it all. But I wanted to clear up some bad rumors and stuff spread by Ruth, her family and her friends (most of the other rebuttals are all by them) I only see one that is not from them. I hope all of you have a great day, and if any one considering employment is reading this, please do your homework. Go to texting boards and ask questions. The truth is out there. If you are signing up with us please read your contract, heck read it twice. If you dont understand some of it, ask questions in training, or ask any of the other managers.

Mudslinging is not going to help you in any way,and i tried not to do any here. I did my best to stick to facts. This is the only rebuttal I have done, and the only one I plan on doing. I am not looking to start a mudslinging contest with you. I simply want to defend what I know is a great company, and lay out some facts.

Alright, everybody calm down for a little bit. I understand that some of you are a little bit bitter, but stop over exaggerating.

Yes, the paychecks are late more often then not, but not by months as some will lead you to believe, most often about a week late. Seldomly are the numbers wrong, and when it is, it's by 5 cents or so.

I have never been called by anybody from the company, especially to log on. They would only do this in an emergency. I worked for them for 7 months, and never received a call, they would rather message you online through Yahoo Messenger.

As for having to say where you live is closer, well duh! That was all part of the training. If you had no idea what the job is, or couldn't handle it, that is your own problem not theirs. The job is to pretend to be somebody that you aren't, text the people, earn money. So WHAT if you have to pretend to be somebody else? That is the job! You should have known what you are getting into, don't blame somebody else because you don't know what you are doing.

That being said, working there is not all fun and games. The pay is some of the lowest out there. You have to work many hours a week to earn a little bit of money. I worked 16-20 hours a week, and only got 200 bucks every 2 weeks. The schedules are fairly unflexible, you get to choose from 6 schedules a day, and the times dont really work out for anybody, the shifts are ridiculous. It gets confusing having to watch different platforms, and when you don't answer in a timely manner you get messaged to hurry up. Often times you are the only one working on a given platform.

Even all of that though, there can be positives too. Yes, you don't make a lot of money, but you are sitting on your butt, watching some tv, not paying for gas to get to a job, you can take a break to do some chores, talk on the phone, IM your friends, play online, things you do on a normal basis, just you answer a couple of messages in the meantime.

All companies have positives and negatives, but some of you whom are posting just seem to be whining because you didn't know what you were doing. Just accept that you weren't cut out for the job and chalk it up to some life experience. Quit whining.

My experience with Papillon Agency was ok at first I thought hey I can work from home and get paid. But all of a sudden they started losing clients. What they do is have you text men and only pay you 5 cents per text. Which they make all the profits!!!! Most of the times we were over scheduled and it would be ten of us and no people to type to sometimes I made $2.00 an hour if that. On top of all this not only are we making these men think they will meet us we are always in there area even though im way in Cleveland if i talk to someone in texas i have to say im from there. They dont care bout you just there money. I was pregnant and needed Marce to write something that i worked for Papillon Staffing she refused and got mad at me she also fired me because I had to leave for a while due to personal issues.

They call you at 2 or 3 am and expect you to get out your sleep and work for 5 cents per text you have to do 10,000 text to make 500.00. Not only that if you work 1 to 15th your lucky if you get paid by the 10th of the next month. This company is heartless they dont care bout there workers and they want you to work for pennies. They pay you when they want and how much they want.

My experience at first was good because i worked 24-7 and they loved me but as soon as I had issues they throw me away like i was garbage. If you work for this company you must work 24-7 and have no life at all. Even though me and Ruth had our issues once upon a time she was a really good manager. Not only that she dedicated hours to this company sometimes days. She got paid crap for all she worked. I think they should pay for her Invitro honestly thats the least they can do. I know how hard it was for me to finally get pregnant it took me years and being stressed and under so much pressure is not healthy for any women trying to get pregnant. Ruth goodluck and I hope you find justice. They let me go for stupid reasons and I wouldnt come back I have moved on to a better company. I hope you do the same!

I have read this original report and must say that the mention above is quiet true. I dont like to deal with injustice or to misguide. I have seen, heard and have more than enough proof on my own to which I can say without a doubt in my mind an opinion in this matter. I am currently an ex employee but this is of my own choice. I know to be true a series of events here to which not many employees of this firm have much knowledge. It is of certainty and without a doubt the statement in which another employee stated about misdealings in checks, I have seen this first hand through my own personal expirience and other employees who have had similar situations, some have had a more difficult process than others but it is an undeniable truth.

In said case I even know for a fact that an employee had to be paid directly from (Ex Manager Ruth) own money, because said checks never made its due destination and this manager out of her own sense of responsibility did what the employer failed to do on repeatedly accounts. It is true off late payments and yes there is the little minute detail of a postal stamp in which certifies what is being said to be of truth. Any employee can verify this with just a look to the envolope. As well as a shortage of amounts in many employees checks, this is a specific job reserved to a person who leaves much to be desired in trust.

This Manager which should be investigated for signals off repeated fraudulent behaivor, who does not have any problem what so ever to steal from her own mother, this the person in charge of subtantial amounts of money, It leaves alot to be said of....where is the money unaccounted for ?? Sadly but true there is very little humanitarian relationship with this company's said employees. On ocasions of even endagerment to ones health, this company has only cared for its productivity, not its employees well being. This on ocasions of even natural disasters such as weather complications (tornado's) and health issues such as one displayed above. There is also the cases of racism, in which has been reflected in many ocassions towards employees who have yet to speak their minds or keep silence out of fear of retribution.

Where is the justice when you accuse without a due investigation ?? When siblings who work together but are different individuals, one is judged by anothers actions. Where is the justice in that ? When performance is questioned undully when in the face of the incompetence of others, I've know by personal contact and through things I have seen that an ex manager risked her health and well being for this ungratefull company. I saw this ex manager work endless hours in as many as 16 to almost 24 hours on repeadetly ocasions when this company was having shortage in employees ( I wonder why ??? ) as well as having numerous difficulties with other managers who never showed to work or decided to ignore pleas for help and they wonder why they are never lent a helping hand, there is a law in karma what comes around goes around, what you give others is what is given onto you.

It is sad when all this results in petty comments in which you can see what little feeling there is for the employees who work or are no longer in this company's service. It shows alot to be desired in professionalism. When all is said and done everyone knows the reality of this injustice, it is a pity that not many more speak aloud so that the truth is know not in petty comments but in truth and bare facts.

First of all Janene and Marcie, how dare you to attack Ruth like this for letting the truth go out? You know well I was shorted in many of my checks and anytime I tried to contact Marcie she was always too busy and my checks took forever to be corrected, thank Goodness I only spent 2 years working for this unprofessional company. Just one advice, If you will attack the people that tell the truth, at least look professional about it.

Oh no way better, do not attack anyone and fix the mess that you have there. Marcie is the owner and she doesn't have 3 kids, she has 3 cats, I am an animal lover but having a kid I know the difference between a kid and a pet. LOL.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN SHORT PAID OR THAT HAVE BEEN MISTREATED BY THE PAPILLON AGENCY TO COME AND POST IN HERE SO THE PEOPLE KNOW WHO THEY REALLY ARE. Pay is really bad and checks do take foverer to arrive plus for every 100 people they hire only 10 stick a month and then quit, what does that tell you?

And Ruth I thank you for the thousands of times that with patience you tried to resolve the issues I encountered with this crooks.

Anyone that has worked in this company can attest that what I am saying is true, you all can say what you want. And how did you know my name oh right, because you work for MARCIE! STOP lying to the innocent people that want to work and tell them that the managers are texting when they are therefore slowing the amount of texts they can get an hour! now that is the truth. I am not saying for people not to work there just to BEWARE. And for that one that says that is not Marcie's fault that I cannot have kids, I have news for you Since apparently you think you are a DR. When people are in assisted pregnancy they cannot have stress nor be upset. I was harrased for 2 weeks while on Treatment so don't come and tell me that that didn't have to do with it.

Ruth, why dont you just move on? if you cant get preagnant i'ts not Papillon's fault, it's not Marcie's fault. How can you just lie like this on a public forum?

O.K Firstly, BOTH these complaints are written by ex managers who deserved exactly what they got. This slander has no merrit nor is there any proof to these accusations!
It would be nice if people can take responsibility for there own actions and mistakes. but accounability is rare these days.
The Papillion Agency is a VERY good temp staffing agency. the only thing that is true in those complaints is that the company is in Las Vegas. The rest is ridicoulouse! They dont own phone sex lines, Marcie is not the owner, nor do they have a problem with kids, the owner has 3 and just about everybody has kids here.
i myself have been here 6 years. I can confirm that the checks are usually acurate and to error is human but they always make good on any discrepency's and they are rare. This is a hard working little staffing firm that stands by it's agents and it's ethics. They even gave me pay when i was in the hospital! Not many companies can say the same. I'm disgusted that people would lie like this just to get back at their employer becasue they got let go for being idiots!
What a bunch of cry babies!!! they should have appriciated thier jobs
