Complaint Review: Paradigm Acceptance Company

My husband authorized them to take a dowm payment fee of 103.71 out of his account but we had to keep calling them to post pone the withdrawal. Its been a couple weeks we post pone. When we decided it would be easier just to buy a computerwedid. So we called Paradigm Co. and told them we wanted to cancel, they told us we needed to call them and cancel on the day they were going to take out the funds.

So we called that day and nobody was answering it kept going to a answering machine. All day we called till finally someone answered and told us that the company was closed because they are on eastern time. So we called back the next day and they told him they could not return the money because it was part of the policy but we never did the paper work to even agree to the policy.

We wanted to speak with a supervisor but they basically told us what good is that going to do.So the next day I decided to call to see if I could get any better results, but they told my husband needed to authorize me on his account, so my husband called them and they told nobody else can speak to them about his account only he could.

Then he asked to speak to supervisor they told that there was none available and not going to be for awhile. That he needed to write to them about a refund and my husband said and then what will I even get a response and the lady told him probably not.
