Complaint Review: Paradigm Acceptance Corporation - Gateway

I recently tried to get financing through Gateway, online, and was denied. A few days later, I got a call from a Paradigm Acceptance Corporation, saying that I was approved for financing for that notebook. They were going to take $84 from my bank account, and then 27 each friday after that. I agreed, and then I did the math. 18 months at $80 plus each month? For an $800 notebook? It didn't add up.

I went to my bank and asked them to stop payment on that companys withdrawal, and they couldn't, or wouldn't do it for free, and I couldn't afford to pay them to do it. So I called Paradigm, and aked to cancel my order.

Meanwhile, about a week before hand, I had sent an email to Gateway asking them to cancel my order. They replied that it had already been cancelled, a week before hand. So I asked them to look into it, and I never heard back. I will be calling them soon to ask about that.

Paradigm did withdraw the money, last Friday, and I couln't find out until today, Monday. So on top of the $84 they stole, I expect them to pay my overdraft fee of $33.

Andrea Morris, I hope you read this. Know that I am not only posting this here. I have may fiends in the legal industry who would be willing to help me in a heartbeat. Gateway will know all about the $2200 you are trying to get from me, and the 84 that you did. I want that back now. Oh, and if you would sent to notebook I ordered, that would be nice, too.
Oh another thing. Your customer service number sounds like a home answering maching; real professional there. Nice.
