Paradigm Acceptance Corporation ripoff liars desperate for money and threatful Hampton Virginia
I was called on a gateway computer by a representative that made it sound too good to be true. I cannot remember her name I wish I did, but somehow she got me to believe that I could purchase a computer very cheap and that my bank account would only be debited $32.84 every week on Friday's. That happened for a period of about 3 to 4 months. I was also told that once my computer was paid for it would be shipped to me not knowing that they were still going to debit my bank account.
I became suspicious when I kept trying to get a telephone number on them and no one would ever return my calls or even try to speak to me about my problem. I had no choice but to go to my bank and place a stop on that debit, THEN that's when they are trying to call me back and send me invoices of how I owe them, over $2,000.00 and if I don't pay they are going to have a local sheriff serve me with a summons to appear in court.
NOW get this part I had my wife call and they shared info with her and she requested a search for a recorded phone conversation about the agreement and a copy of the contract and TRACEY is her name in billing said that she did not have that and no one there could give her anymore inforamtion on that account only to me, I don't get it they forst shre info with her and then they can't, I told them to just come pick up their computer Fed Ex and I would report them to the better business bureau and to my surprise they have a long list of complaints against them, I certainly believe that they deserve them and they are such big liars and to me they sure are desperate for money because the computer I had was only woth $500.00 dollars, talk about lying cheating rip offs and on top of that they want to serve me with a summons threatning me and my wife with it also.
Please be aware of that company and PLEASE read carefully and if any chance you may just want to be prepared to record a conversation with Paradigm because they do tell you they are recording yours when making the purchase.
