PARADIGM ACCEPTANCE Total rip-off HAMPTON, Virginia
I was lured into buying a computer from their sales associates while living in Texas. I got the pc and gave them all my information n the started charging my account right away of $176.00 every 2 weeks. The laptop they sold me,a ToshibaSatellite brand, started giving probems and wouldn't keep charge! A few days after I found out there was a problem I tried contacting the sales associates with new luck. I left voice mails and sent emails and nobody replied. I was stuck with this computer but I really need ed it and I kept using it; to my surprise I notice one day that the part where I was supposed to plug the adapter to the laptop had broken and was inside the electronic. Now I am stuck with a big debt($1882)Im paying for and cannot use! I have been trying to contact this company with no luck and no one returning my calls. My initial bill was $3,522. They are taking my money and I am not even getting customer service to resolve my issues.

You say your stuck with a debt of 1882.00 and your initial bill is 3,522 dollars. If you paid this much for a laptop, that's insane. Was there a warranty with this laptop when you filled out the application? Did you read all the terms and conditions? If you don't have a warranty, your out of luck. I recommend keep paying them or your credit will get messed up. They are not obligated to fix this problem. Take it to a local dealer and have them re-solder the connector. You should of bought your laptop local or from a reputable dealer.
