Paradigm Partners Beware: Paradigm Partners Defrauding Clients in Tax Matters Houston, Texas
Paradigm Partners provides tax consulting services. Be very careful because we are aware of multiple disputes regarding fees. In fact, Paradigm Partners have sued multiple clients for fees that the clients have disputed. For reference, please see Paradigm National Consultants (d/b/a Paradigm Partners) v. JS Genetics and Paradigm Partners v. Apogee Biotechnology Corp. Paradigm "promised that it would bill Apogee on an hourly basis with fees not to exceed 25% of the net credits for each year."
Then Paradigm charged $1500 dollars per hour, including for lawyers licensed for less than 5 years, making Paradigm's lawyers the highest paid lawyers in the city, if not the country. Is $1500 a conscionable fee? Apogee doesn't think so and thinks that Paradigm is committing fraud. No wonder people don't trust attorneys. Nothing like getting sued for outrageous fees. Apogee and JS Genetics are developing cancer treatments and instead they are spending their precious resources dealing with fraudulent attorneys' fees and billing practices. I'm sure that Apogee would have been better off without Paradigm's tax advice.
Other clients are concerned that the billing records are plain inaccurate. Basically, Paradigm is trying to get 25% of everything, even if they have to adjust the billing records upwards to get their fees to this amount.

You have been warned.
This is simply greed and not the conduct expected from those responsible to the government for making sure that taxes are correctly paid.
Be cautious with Paradigm or you may find myself defending lawsuits should you challenge their attorneys' fees.

I am shocked that you are satisfied with being ripped off! Paradigm is very sloppy and cannot back things up. They lose documents and then charge for defense audit. I hope they are treating you good and buying you lots of nice dinners and wine.

I have worked with Paradigm Partners for many years on a consumer basis. And I am here to tell you that I have never been disappointed or felt that I was being ripped off.
Paradigm Partners has always gone out of their way to go above and beyond the call of duty when it came to seeing that my needs were met professionally. They have exhibited exemplorary methods and professionalism.
I do feel that Paradigm Partners is quality all the way and definately not a ripoff. If you have not tried them out before perhaps you should. You just might see my point of view that they are not a ripoff.

Concerning this report, I found it to be bogus. I have used Paradigm Partners for many years and have never had a problem concerning them in anyway. They have always acted in the utmost professional manner toward me when handling my business matters.
I was appalled when I read this report. In not one single one of my business matters that I have taken to Paradigm Partners have I had a problem. And you know what? I dont mind if the prices are more expensive. You pay for what you get and I found extreme quality with Paradigm Partners.

Apogee, mentioned in this posting, was awarded $825,673.55 in cash awards which was deposited into their account as a result of Paradigm Partners' grant writing services. There was a disagreement on the bill which was resolved professionally out of court and to both parties satisfaction.
Similarly, JS Genetics was awarded $467,538.93 in cash awards which was also deposited into their bank account as a result of Paradigm Partners' grant writing services. An invoice misunderstanding was resolved professionally out of court and to both parties satisfaction.
Similar to Apogee and JS Genetics, we were able to assist 149 other companies receive cash awards totaling $45.3 million dollars which represented 4.53% of the total $1 billion awarded.
Unfortunately, every successful business will have business disputes. This should be expected when servicing thousands of clients and adding new clients at the rate of 50-80 per month. What separates companies with integrity from those without is how those disputes are handled.
