I worked with this company for about 4 months. It was an experience, although they get you so locked into them by telling you your going to get your own office and what not. They make you work worse then a maid and you make less then $2 an hr. You basically work 12 hrs a day which bums you out. And they don't care about your health at all. They act like they care, they don't. There are no benefits, which I happen to get after 4 months of working my a*s off. And then wait another month for the benefit to kick in when its only suppose to be 90 days that you wait for(benefits).

They send you on business trips thinking its going to motivate you. They trick you into making $300-500 a week which is complete bullshit. All they care is about making money off of you! I was in Ft. Lauderdale for the trip and i was not feeling well at all and i at least expected my manager to say, hey its okay take a day off. But now I see how much they care about the person. Its all about how you can make them rich and make you work like dogs. Do not get into this company what so ever. The assist. manager thinks I just joined in for free trips when she has no idea what went on. And plus, ppl in the business aren't educated. so I prefer for all you grads to research and make your decisions wisely. They don't understand the meaning of education, they think its just an excuse to quit. Which triggered me, and i have lost respect for certain people in business. And those trips that I went to weren't fun what so ever. And they act like they spent $1000 on you when they spent the cheapest for you.

They deserved it though, Thank god I quit, that job is very stressful and somthing that a stupid person would do to make money. Yes you have to work hard to get to where you want to be but not this hard in which your health gets worse and they think its all an excuse or as my manager says he thinks its "Psychological" cause he thinks he can say what he wants. So just be careful and don't choose these s****y companies in which they don't pay for your gas and make you use your own car and make it so useless.

I was also an employee during the time you were, and left while you were at Ft Lauderdale. The manager of the location was indeed a p***k and liked to sound more important. His haughty attitude was worsened since I was older than him and he thought he was better than myself because I was a "non-performing" leader.

I could never go to the company outings because I was a single parent and never had the money.

Did I like the company, yes, I did, would I go back, not to that location. It also depended on the welcome that I recieved. I also hear that my leader (using initial) K.H recently quit as well, as she was not Assistant Manager material...(we all knew she needed to stay in sales).

I still talk to the N. sisters on occasion and a couple of others. I did get the company, its just one of those companies where if you dont do it right when you start, well, your screwed.
