Complaint Review: Paradigma

Unbelievable..came down to Costa Rica...have been here & built here before, but this time came for a 6 month stay as an investor. Drove down to the properties advertised by Paradigma Construccion...I can't believe what they are doing to honest people. This past week, went and visited each site and EVERY single development is TOTALLY abandoned. Had a realtor reluctantly take me in January to Ives Kenna, Villa Bungalow, Michell Marie and to the one they have in Monterey..nothing.

Went back every month..NOTHING. I researched with the realtors in the area..nobody will touch it. AND I just drove by this past week..nothing has changed. Checked around, no realtor or anyone will go near them. Even found out about several lawsuits in the states and locally against them. Be careful. They take your money and the excuse is the permiiting issue..BullS. A lot of hype and nothing..checked around and there are people waiting for over 4 years for their condo..the excuse is permitting issues.

Firstly, like in every country, you have to get your permits first. then go ahead..once those are on place..then you move forward. This guy leads a lavish lifestyle, trips, fancy cars. all at his investors expense. has his house for sale (condo). Yeah, he says it's because of the government, blah, blah...cheked that out to...no such thing, This guy is thriving on investor ingenuity. He drives a flashy car, the construction people were laid off even BEFORE the crisis, construction sites are abandoned and the jungle is taking over, neighbors haven't seen movement ( which even more confirms the abandonment),. Ives Kenna lots are a farse, went done there and although he says there is certain year frame to do infrastructure...NO WAY he will do it.

It will take MILLIONS to do and nothing has been done so far..NOT EVEN SEGREGATING the Parcels he has ALREADY sold.. ..I did my investigations/homework Don't get scammed. This is a PONZI scheme if ever I saw one. If you invested with this company GET OUT NOW! If you don;t believe me..just hop on a plane and SEE for yourself! I cant stress enough the blatant scam this is. BEWARE.
