Paradise Blue : Valued Guests LLC they sold a service and have not provided it at all. The number listed for travel says they do not know about any special pricing and if you call the number for the office it goes through this spill t honolulu, Hawaii
W purchased a service from Paradise Blue that offered us short notice trips for 299.00 fo 7 days (not a per prson price) Another special price was 399.00 and the best one was 599.00 for entire week in condos all over the world (again not a per person price). Since we bought in at half the going price we were only going to be allowed 2 7 day trips a year at the 599.00 price. If you bought in full price you would receive 4 weeks at that price. On the short notice you were suppose to be able to take as many of those as you wanted and it didn't count against your weeks.
None of this is true. You can not reach a travel agent most of the time and when you occasionally get one they tell you they need to check into it and call you back, which they never do. And When asked they know nothing of any special pricing. Not to mention everything is per person on top of that.
One more thing they applied for a credit card in our name without our permission.
We are completely dissatisfied with this compnay and want our $750.00 back and for our contract to be enulled!
