Lauderdale,Florida   #2:3 days,3 nights Norweigan Cruise Line(SKY)    Dated 11/02/2010,confirmation ref#DG 3960   Approval:1303024056     PAID-$898..00  She was guaranteed 36 months open booking.She was planning to  use this in 2013, so as not to lose it because of time running out,in the 36 month window.All phone#'s,as was their E-mail address,have been disconnected,we discovered this today March 21,2013.

Marcia morey is asking for complete reimbursement,as soon as possible,of the amount stated above.
