Tad Woods rebuttal is incorrect, judge did not "side with Paradise Landscape". In fact, Tad Woods countersued for defamation, but judge dismissed both cases.
Facts remain: Tad signed contract to finish landscape in 5 weeks but took 5 months to complete; Tad's crew damaged sewer line but refused to pay plumber to repair; and did not honor warranty to replace dead plants.
Recommend extreme caution when dealing with Tad Woods dba Paradise Landscape.

This has been to court and the judge sided with Paradise Landscape. Lamont Royer could not prove any of his acusations. There were mulitple emails and pictures to prove him wrong. Mr. Royer had mulitple complaints from the contractors on his home while it was being built. He was asked to take this off from the judge but still has not responded to his request.
