Complaint Review: Paradise property management Ventura Ca

 We rented a home from them just to have our lease terminated by them so they could charge more for newer renters. The actual home owner didnt even know that we were being harassed by Stephanie brown and her father. The home owner had to prevent them from kicking us out for no reason. They would not give us an excuse for why they wanted us out and just gave excuses. Even after the home owner stepped in to stop them they still tried. We got tired of the harassment and put in a 30 day notice just to have them try and give us a three day eviction notice. They charged us for damages we didn't do and we also accepted the house before they cleaned it out or even prepped it for us to move in just to be charged on the other end. They were rude from the start and kept trying to charge us for things long after we left. Even the home owner was not happy with them and we do not recommend them to anyone, we have rented many times with never a problem until we met them. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WITH THIS ISSUE FROM PARADISE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
