Complaint Review: Paradise Tan Spa

I just found out today (01/10/11) that Paradise Tan Spa went out of business. I paid an annual fee of $500 only 4 months ago after my last tanning salon did the same thing to me!

I was assured by Megan that they had been in business a long time (7 years) and that they had one other location, so I should feel secure in coming on board as a new member.

I was not contacted by the owner to offer any sort of reimbursement.Both location phonenumbers aredisconnected and there is no way to contact the owner.

I do have his home address and will be having my attorneysend a summons to appear in small claims court. I suggest anyone else who is in the same situation do the same.
