Complaint Review: Parago Inc. - RebatesHQ.com

I am a victim like many others who fell prey to a rebate offer that has not been honored.

I signed up for Time Warner HD cable and high speed Internet and was promised a rebate of $100 dollars for a cable modem and wireless router.  I dutifully sent in all the requested rebate information and was denied my rebate due to lack of documentation.

I resubmitted with the requested documentation and status has not changed.  After many emails refusals to honor the rebate I ended up here.  I plan to notify the BBB and and file an Internet fraud complaint with the proper federal authorities.
