I have yet to receive rebate. I have three times called the toll-free # 880-706-5733, Miami. They promised to send rebate with-in 15 days. Last time I called, I asked for physical address in order to file complaint with Fla.Dept of Consumer Services, they refused.
As they are in El Paso and Miami, they seemed to have covered themselves pretty well.

I bought the Lowrance iWay 500c navagation system from Abe's of Maine (abesofmaine.com ), actually out of NYC. I attempted to talk to a store manager there, but was put on hold for 15 minutes, no one responded, so my shopping days at Abe's of Maine are over.
