I purchases 3 bluetooth headsets from Adorama.com on 12/05/2009 and filled out three separate envelopes as required with the rebate form and UPC info and mailed to Parago Inc, (rebateshq.com) the rebate processor. I received two of the three rebate debit cards but was denied the third because they claimed the downloadable PDF rebate form that I printed out was a copy.
Despite this, I mailed them a copy of the original form with the info, did the typical things such as BBB, state attorney general, FTC, etc. On April 11, 2010 they stated the status was changed to approved and that I would be mailed a rebate card within 4-6 weeks. It is now May 17th and I still not have received the rebate debit card. I started a Facebook group called "Rebates Not Received by Parago Inc (RebatesHQ.com)" for others who have not received their Parago rebates in the past or presently. Please feel free to join.

 I have another pending rebate that has been denied and have had one several years ago that was denied from this company.

I would like to escalate things further and start a class action lawsuit against this company. Please join my Facebook group if you would like to take part: "Rebates Not Received by Parago Inc (RebatesHQ.com)"
