Complaint Review: Paragon Air Inc.

Paragon Air, Inc. Nik Charles cancelled my reservations to Molokai 3 times 12/07, and has not refunded my cost as promised. Kula Hawaii

In December 2007, Nik Charles, Director of Operations, cancelled our reservation for two for a Damien Tour from Kapalua, Maui, to Kalaupapa, Molokai, in the amount of $609.45. This tour was cancelled three times by Mr. Charles, once for "mechanical problems", once for "bad weather on Molokai, and once because he had "no plane available". He promised to credit our credit card for the full amount, but has failed to do so. He even promised a "free trip" upon our return to Maui. I tried to rebook several times, but he failed to respond to both my on-line request an telephone messages. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii. They have more than 25 complaints aganist this company, most of which are refund issues. Also filed a complaint with Office of Consumer Affairs, Air Consumer Protections Division and the Attorney General of Hawaii.
