My wife and I went to them to get a loan modification on our home. They took our money, (they wanted 4500.00 to get us a lower house payment), however I only gave them three thousand because of the immediate negligence on their part. I had to call them every time I wanted to know what was happening with our mortgage, and every time I called, a new person had my file. This went on forabout four months and our mortgage company was not letting up on us as far as not making the monthly payments as Paragon told us not to pay them.
During all this time, we were on the edge of losing our house when I finally talked to our mortgage company and made a modification with them myself. I had requested a refund from Paragon at least three times in this period of time but no returns calls as usual. Finally we got things redone and straightened out with our mortgage company after getting our third notice that they were going to evict us. I went down to Paragon once to retrieve a tax record from my file, and had another person as usual.
A few days later we had a strange message on our answering maching which took weeks to figure out what the guy was saying. It sounded exacly like the man I talked to when I went to Paragon and when I called Paragon, he was no longer with them. The message on our answering maching was whispered andafter a couple weeks we figured out he was saying, "Ken you better get a lawyer quick". I know it was the guy I talked to at Paragon that was not there shortly after...as in a week or so.
Others out there that were ripped off by Paragon Financial Solutions in Scottsdale, and I know there are many, if we could all get together and file a class action suit, it would put these crooks out of business or at least give them a real good wake up call. I have been in contact with three others so far that have been scammed by them......and now they changed their business name to Principal Reduction Group LLC. I wonder why!!
I have been in contact with three others with the same situation and there are many more letters on the internet with the same problem.

There are ten of us on board now against Paragon Financial Solutions, LLC., Scottsdale, Az.
The Attorney General isn't pressing them hard enough to refund our losses, ESPECIALLY the ones who have lost their homes! Paragon's head crooks are so tied up in so many of their other scams, they just say they don't have the money to re-imburse us at this time. HHMMM, sounds like a big bunch of bull---- to me. These guys are running so many different scams, it's very hard to believe they haven't been caught, plus don't have the money to refund us. Someone in the government is really laying down on the job.
