On the 17th of July I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Paragon Honda to trade in my 2019 vehicle and purchase a new one.  Aside from the fact that I was there for 6 hours there was no part of getting this deal done that went smoothly.

The sales rep Victoria was not a very polished sales rep.  She took my old car payoff from my cell phone and never bothered to do the due diligence with the lien holder to get the exact payoff.  They short paid my loan by $1233.00.  I asked them to propose some type of settlement but their idea of that was for me to just pay it.  Again, instead of someone in a position of authority to discuss this with me, I got Victoria.  Again clueless.

I then decided to call the lender on my new car and found out that the deal was sent back to the dealer due to errors in the paperwork.  I am also worried that the proper paperwork was not filed to get my registration.

On several occassions I called to speak to the GM of the dealership but apparently he feels it would be better for the clueless Victoria to call me.  Maybe when they figure out they have a used car that they can'i get a clean title to and a new car out their door that they haven't been funded for, maybe someone might call me.

In the meantime, I highly reccomend you stay awat from the dealership unless of course you miss the atmosphere of a Gentlemens club minus the alcohol and lapdance.  But who knows.....
