I'd like to join you guys with a complain about Paragon Properties!
not too long ago they contacted me and they told me if i pay off the remaining balance i'll get 50% discount!
That was the point when i said to myself that there is something not right!
Since last summer there are no constructions in progress and they are giving
away huge discounts on the remaining balances!
And i already paid off 1 lot and still don't have the documents of my lot!
First they told me 5-6 months to get the papers and now they say it takes
10 months to a year!
If someone wants to file a class action suit i'll be more than happy to join!
