King Computer Corporation (complaintant) purchased 40 Verifone Vx570-00004 (6 MB) - Dial Up point of sale devices from Paragon Services, Inc (salesperson Rich Linville). The devices ended up being an incorrect model for our use and Paragon Services (Mr. Rich Linville) agreed to exchange the units for a less expensive Vx510 model - as an equal swap with Paragon Services getting to keep the more expensive models with no refund of price difference to King Computer. Paragaon Services employee picked up all 40 units from our warehouse; however they have only been willing to provide us with 28 exchange units in breach of our verbal agreement. The purchase was made in January of 2010, and King Computer has made all reasonable attempts to obtain the units promised to us. We have written documentation via e-mail that Mr. Linville was in agreement with our contract. Mr. Linville will not accept our calls nor return our e-mails. He was deceptive and has essentially failed to honor his verbal commitment to us. I would encourage you to avoid dealing with this company! Mr. Linville is shown as a corporate officer on the Paragon Services, Inc. website.
