Paragon Services Robert White damaged equipment, has not paid, cabot Arkansas

Robert White  rented a piece of equipment from us on very short notice. As it was a referal and the customer was on a time sensitive project we made an exception and did not require a signed rental agreement  before sending our driver out to deliver as it was over 5 hours away.

 Robert assured us he would have the signed agreement to us that evening.

An hour after reciveing the equipment the customer broke the control handle. We offered to pick it up or overinight a replacement but Robert said he could make it work and wanted to keep it for the day.

2 days later and at midnight we finally recieved the equipment back to our warehouse. Only to find he not only broke the handle but had drilled holes in the steel frame to try and rig the broken handle.

Even after we informed the customer we would not charge him for the extra days used, the damage to the handle and frame, and the after hours return we still have not been paid for the time he did use the equipment.

 Vendors, Customers and Contractors BEWARE!!
