Complaint Review: Paramount Acceptance Corp

My husband is dedicated to his health and fitness. He was a member of Riviera Fitness in Pensacola FL. He had an unforutnate incident and now has chronic dislocation of both shoulders. His physician told him that he could no longer weightlift that this would cause more serious issues and eventually cause him to have surgery.
 
I contacted Paramount and explain that this was something out of his control and it was medically necessary that he would no longer be able to use the gym. Paramount refused to accept a physician note. He had to have something stating that he was permanently disabled and given a perentage. He has five payments left of a 2 year contract.
 
I would highly recommend that you choose another gym or facility that does not use Paramount Acceptance to handle the collections of their payments and contracts. They are NOT customer service friendly. I did tell the representative that I was going to place a dispute against them and her response was "well you do what you gotta do".  Unreal business ethics. Bussiness is making money...but  more important...customers satisfaction should top the list!!! NOT THIS COMPANY!!
