Complaint Review: Paramount builders

We had a sales representative visit our house and "demonstrate " thier windows to us. My husband and i were looking to replace our windows. I started to feel uncomforgable when the sales guy wanted keep a copy of my les and when i didnt haveone he thrn asked for my bank information. My husband went ahead and applied for financing with paramount builders As we looked over our bills and finances and also having a child and expecting another baby in a month we decided that paying over $14,000 was to much fornwindows at this time. My husband called thhe number to the company and spoke with an agent to cancel our order and the guy told us itwas cancelled. 2weeks later their sign shows up in our yard and myhusband called back to let them know we had cancelled the order. After that we didnt hear from them until yesterday more than a month later the same sales guy shows up i believe his name is jenner or jennings, and he says our so called special order windows came in and my husband told him that called to cancel a while back. He claims it never went through an dnow we have no choice but to get the windows, mind you we never gave the required $200 deposit becuase we cancelled. We tried explaining that we cannot afford the windows and he kept trying to bully us into setting an installation date. He then proceeded to basically threaten my husband claiming they would go to his command and report him and he would hate to mess up his career or mine. We are both in the military. Then he claimed he had a record of only one call my husband made and the voicemail was on file.we called the company and conviently they claim they dont have it and a lady name mandy then told us rose is the ladyy who has the voicemaill and conviently she doesnt work there anymore. And theybwontbretyurn our calls butnthe sales guy is now trying to bully us into installing windows we already cancelled because we simply can not afford it. Paramont buiilders are con- artist rip-offs!!!!
