Paramount Delivery Express Took money for Refundable shipping insurance for dog shipping and stole the money La Puente California
Paramount Delivery Express works in cohoots with dog breeders. After you pay the breeder for the dog you are told by Paramount Delivery Express to pay for "refundable Insurance" ot cover shipping the dog. This is more than the price of the dog but it is "refundable".
If and when you pay it they keep the money and never ship the dog. They ask for more money ($500.00 for refundable City Permit), when you don't pay they not only keep all you paid but threaten to put the dog in a shelter and charge you with animal abandament and cruelty. Very bad people, STAY AWAY.
