Paramount Financial Consultants - First-Lake Capitol - Dave Pitman - John Craven They lied about the business to lure me in and told me that the biz was not a cold-calling biz. They also did not train me properly or help support my biz and they are unable to handle being a back-office which they offer North Myrtle Beach South Carolina

I was sold by John Craven and Mona Janes (who is no longer their and with Canyon leasing) that I would be able to excel as a broker in the equipment leasing industry. Also, I asked John specifically that this was NOT a cold-calling business. Well, it is! After we got back from the so-called three day training, which was just a power point presentation about leasing. There was no training on how to do anything. To this day I can't even refer to the manual which is a duplicate of the presentation and has no 'real' information to go to. These guy's sold me on a busienss that can do any kind of deal as long as it is equipment and purchased by a business and through out that there is 25,000 deals done a day. What they didn't tell you is that we can only tap a tiny niche of the business' that Dave's funding sources will actually fund. Also, I specifically asked if my poor credit was going to be an issue and they assured me NO PROBLEM. Another lie of course. WIth the proactive support that I was suppose to receive, well, I barely ever hear from them. Once they cashed the check that was it..

Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Dave Pitman ,Bev Pitman and John Craven. My dealings with Mona Janes from Canyon leasing i am still not sure about her. Mona was fired or quit just days after my training and I had heard a few months later conflicting story's why she left. I was pretty upset being that she was my initial contact and the reason why I actually signed on with Paramount. And also, Mona & John sold me on Paramount growing and hiring a staff becoming a major player in the leasing industry and not to mention all the misleading information fining out that I had been the first student to go through which I had asked John early on and he skirted answering with a straight & direct. John had also let slip shortly after that Dave (the owner) had semi-retired from Marietta to Myrtle Beach. COME ON!!!!!

John Craven approached a few classmates of mine at a university building and gave us a five page flyer about his company that requires a $19,000 investment to become a lease broker for the equipment industry. He spoke to us in the class room for about 10 minutes and to me right off the bat it seemed like a MLM or a ponzi scheme of some sort. Even his brochure looked fishy as many things with typos and outrageuos statements of income seem to good to be true. Be careful people, do not jump into something with that huge of an investment. Paramount Financial Consulting, LLC is targeting people that are attending classes for SBA financing so that they can include that into there loan. Buyer BEware!
