Complaint Review: Paramount Home Improvements

Windows were installed in may 2012. One bay window in the living room.  I closed the curtains that cover the windows and put my couch in front of curtains to save on energy bill.  Today i moved my couch and opened the curtains to find that mold is growing at the base of the bay windows near the actual glass.  I used a stain to finish the wood immediately after the installation of the bay window as suggested by the installers.  I pulled out all of the paperwork i have from Paramount and started calling all of the available numbers.  All of which are disconnected.  I used google maps to find out if they were still at the address listed on the paperwork.  I called a neighboring business to find information out.  Spoke with someone from M&M car care center, and she stated that they business vacated approx 4-5months ago.  Started researching online and found that Paramount had changed their name to Genesee Valley Windows INC.  Their numbers are also disconnected.  Genesee Valley Windows Inc. shares the same address as Paramount Window MFG (810-621-3989).  Which also shares the same address as Sun Stream Home Improvements.  This address is a one business location.(810) 744-1700)

I have a terminally ill daughter with severe health complications and cannot afford to re-replace all of the windows that were done by Paramount.  I cannot believe someone can get away with this.  I contacted the BBB.org and will be contacting my states attorney for further action.  Otherwise, you will see me on the PEOPLES COURT! I will not take this laying down.  I'm from Chicago, and i will fight this until i get whats due to me!!!!!  I will keep you guys updated.  With any info i get.
