Paramount Movers ripoff, Misleading information, hostage, overcharge Annapolis Junction Maryland
They have been very frustrating to deal with. No one can give a straight answer. They have delayed the shipment of my stuff twice and still will not give me an answer as to when I should be expecting my shipment. No one will speak to me except for the girl answering the phones, Jordan - and now she is trying to get involved with my matter but can do nothing.
Every time I do get in touch with someone, they tell you to be patient, yet, i've been waiting two weeks!
In addition, their moving guys spilled gesso (painting primer) all over our carpeted closet when picking up my stuff...
the cost doubled from what they quoted me and now I still do not have my stuff.
PLEASE STAY AWAY from using this company. Pay more money with someone else, because even if they quote you something cheap, it will probably be doubled. I'm just waiting to see the damages done to my stuff when i actually get it.
I wish i saw this message board before I picked them.
