Complaint Review: Paramount Pest Control

They would not show up for appointments that were scheduled ,when we would call they always had excuses then reschedule and continue to not show up. As far as any knowledge about pest control I felt as though we were advising them on how to do their job, then the other way around. 

We called Paramount Pest Control to check our home we just bought. The salesperson suggested termite control (prevention) we agreed and paid for his services . We began to notice a mice problem so we called them out and signed a contract for them to take cars of the mice. Well Paramount came out and put a couple sticky pads and mice traps behind the fridge . The mice continued to come around . We called and Paramount would schedule appointments and not show up. We realized they did not want out business and chose another pest control company. We wasted our time and money with Paramount Pest Control.
