 Frank Ciaccio, Frow Paramount Registery of Top Professionals, National Who's Who, Presidential Who's Who is a low life piece of S**T. All he does is sell you the dream, of how great you are and promises you the world, & delivers nothing.

I was also promised being sponsered on his website, that I was going too be in the leather bound Who's Who Book, and oh yes, lets not forget about the wall placque. The only thing that ever arrived where his fradulent charges.

I never got anything that FRANK CIACCIO PROMISED.  I SUED HIM IN COURT IN MASSACHUSETTS, AND GOT A JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM AND HIS SCAM CORPORATION.

CURRENTLY THERE IS A WARRANT OUT FOR HIS ARREST IS MASSACHUSETTS. THIS FRANK CIACCIO IS A SCAMMING, NO GOOD, THIEF.

CURRENTLY THERE IS A MULTI STATE INVESTIGATION AGAINST CIACCIO AND HIS PRACTICES.

REGARDING FRANK MACRI THE NEW OWNER OF PARAMOUNT REGISTRY OF TOP PROFESSIONALS, { CIACCIOS FATHER IN LAW } I FIND IT FUNNY HOW PEOPLE THINK THIS BEHAVIOR IS OK AND WILL BE TOLERATED. ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL THE FRANK DUO GET PUT AWAY.
