Pardons Canada Deceptive, disconnected, and completely lacking any consistency in service Toronto Ontario
It seems to me that these guys have some serious issues with setting the expectations of their clients.
If they're a non-profit org. why can't they get the help of some people who actually care about the work they're doing?
I'm beginnning to see a clear reason why the Parole Board of Canada has posted some very clear notices about the potential of fraud.
