Complaint Review: Pareto Logic / RegCure

I am getting an error on my computer that I didn't understand so I entered it into a browser to get some information on it. RegCure was the first thing to pop up to say it had the cure and it was free. Of course it was not free, but I expected that. I downloaded it because all the usual things I look for were listed (BBB), 60 day money back and so on.
Well it didn't work and I was concerned so I emailed customer service. It came back undeliverable. I wrote another and the same thing happened. I went in circles for over an hour on the site looking for phone numbers or anything that would help. Nothing! I typed them into a search engine and started getting the real picture. I got ripped off by these people!
I called my credit card company and got the phone number of the bank that charged me for the "service" and called them. The number is 208-345-4245 and they refunded my money immediately. Or said they would in 5 days. I'll see then.
THIS STORY IS FOR YOU MISS USED. It's also for Miss Led, Miss Understood and any other Miss that used this company and don't know how to get their money back. ParetoLogic/Regcure probably has been able to keep a ton of it. You have 60 days from the date of purchase. I hope you read this in time.

I have used RegCure, a software from Paralogic, for several years.  I have found it to be a good program and really like the way it works with my computers.  Recently, I renewed my license for another year for one of my computers, but then began recieving a message that my licence would expire in seven days.

I contacted the company by phone and was immediately connected to customer service.  The representative was very supportive and assisted me in installing a new code for the renewal, which turned out to be the wrong computer.  They then found an unused license for the other computer.  She immediately e-mailed the new license key and assisted me in installing it.  The upshot is that I was able to have both computers covered for another years license with no further out of pocket cost to me.

My experience with the company has always been first rate.  I have never had an issue.  They automatically send a notice for any updates and install them free of charge.

I hope that everyone that works with this company has the same results that I have had.  I am not an employee, nor am I affiliated with the company in any way.
