Complaint Review: Pareto Logic

Last night I searched Google to find a resolution to my PC performance issues, related to the file svchost.exe. One of the search returns led me to the ParetoLogic website for RegCurePro. I read about the product and what I thought seemed like a reputable company. They were Norton, McAfee, Microsoft Gold Partners. They had many awards from other well known clients and partners. I paid $39.95 for the product through my PayPal account which is connected to my credit card. I downloaded the software and ran the scan. It found over 1000 problems, many critical. However, only 2 performance issues which I found concerning since this was my main problem. I let the program Fix All, restarted as suggested and nothing changed. The PC performed as before. I opened Task Manager and monitored the performance and services running and the svchost.exe files were eating up memory just as they had before the scan and fix. The sfotware was bogus.

I went to the ParetoLogic website as it had said 30 day money back guarantee. There is no phone numbe on the site. the Contact Us page does not work. I tried 6 times to send an email. No matter what you do, everything you enter fails. If you go to the Contact Us page and enter only the characters to match the image and click enter, you will get an error that says, "text does not match image". I clearly can type and spell correctly. I filled out the complete form several times and typed the characters from the image and still, not one email could be submitted. They do not want to be contacted as they do not want to hear complaints. They make it very hard to refund your money.

I went back to my email receipt from SafeCart and sent an email to their customerservice@safecart.com requesting an immediate refund. Let's see what I hear from them. I did more research and found a Pareto customer service phone number 877-420-7340 and it says "We're closed, please go to our website and send us an email". It's just impossible to contact them. I also have a phone number from SafeCart, 855-432-0727 and will try that in a few hours when it is 6am PST as I am on EST.

I am determined to get my money back from this loser company. It is a disgrace that they are swindling people and claimingto be Gold partners of highly respected companies. I appreciate this site for exposing them and for having an opportunity to post my complaint. Thank you to everyone for their feedback.
