I went to try and remove some spyware off my computer - they advertised a product, and I went to PayPal because their pricing was extremely ambiguous and confusing. I figured that just like with every other PayPal purchase I make, before purchasing, you are shown how much your total is and then you commit to make the payment. This did NOT happen with ParetoLogic. After I clicked on the product I wished to purchase, the ParetoLogic site took me to the payment complete screen of PayPal, indicating that payment was complete for almost $40!

When I e-mailed ParetoLogic, I got an automatically generated message saying that I would get my refund within 15 business days. I waited patiently for over a month, wrote them again, got the SAME computer-generated e-mail, and this has gone on now for over 2 months!

Stay away from this company! If anyone has a phone number for them, please forward it to me.

Thanks,

Daniel
